Privacy Policy

Mercury Local is a Charlotte Mercury company. This policy covers mercurylocal.com: what the site collects when you visit and what we do with it.

Analytics

We count visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool we run ourselves. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not follow you to other sites. We see aggregate page view counts and referral sources, nothing personally identifiable.

Cookies

mercurylocal.com does not set tracking cookies. The only cookie used is a technical cookie the site needs to work.

Data Collection

The site has no sign-up or contact forms, and we do not collect, store or sell personal information through it. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence only to respond to you.

Third Parties

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers or social media platforms. The site is hosted on Vercel and its data is stored on Supabase.
